We take a rounded, holistic view of supporting growth. We’ll develop your skills and capabilities with a blend of formal and informal learning and development approaches. These include:

  • Training programmes – to build your specialist skills, leadership capabilities and industry knowledge. Our accredited programmes, workshops and seminars cover customer service, management skills, technical expertise and the racing industry. Some are run from our specialist schools, which lead their respective fields.
  • Professional certifications and external training – to gain the right accredited qualifications for your current role and future ambitions. We provide financial support to gain these through Self-Development Scholarships and our Sponsored Learning Scheme.
  • Coaching and mentoring – as well as formal mentoring programs, senior leaders and experienced professionals serve as mentors, providing guidance, advice and support to mentees. 
  • Internal mobility and job rotation – you’ll have a wealth of opportunities to explore in different roles and departments. Broadening your skills and expanding your knowledge will always be straightforward.
