WANT TO MAKE A LASTING IMPACT?

Our Charities and Community (C&C) Division supports the work of the Club’s Charities Trust.

The driven and dynamic nature of the team has been vital in helping us become one of the world’s leading charity donors.

The Trust has an extraordinary impact on all facets of life in Hong Kong. In 2024/25, the total approved donations were HK$9 billion, benefiting 202 charitable and community projects. As well as organising its own initiatives, the Trust works with community partners to maximise its social impact.

WHERE YOU COULD WORK

We pride ourselves on anticipating community and social needs. We support a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on nine strategic areas. Our work is concentrated on:

HEALTH

We are committed to promoting health for all. Through enhancing health literacy and promoting preventive and primary care, we strive to help people get access to better healthcare. We also support various programmes to address social, commercial and other determinants of health and enhance the overall physical, mental and social well-being across our community.

EDUCATION

We endeavour to cultivate an inclusive student-centric and future-ready educational experience that nurtures students in harnessing their unique talents to become compassionate, socially minded leaders and celebrates diverse pathways to success.

SPORTS

We work to develop Hong Kong’s sports sector at every level. We make sports more accessible and engaging for all, especially among younger people, while nurturing athletic talents and celebrating excellence and achievements. Our aim is to foster a more physically active society, enrich lives and promote the well-being of the community.

CULTURE

We believe arts and culture can enrich lives in countless ways. The programmes we support contribute to making arts more accessible, spark creativity and encourage cross-disciplinary learning through arts technology. We are also committed to cultural heritage conservation and revitalisation, using arts, culture and heritage to inspire and connect the community.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to enhancing liveability for a sustainable future. We strengthen the capacity of the non-profit sector in energy conservation, while supporting innovative and scalable solutions for decarbonisation, waste reduction and the protection of local biodiversity and habitats to build a more climate-resilient Hong Kong.

CHILDREN, YOUTH IN FAMILIES

We uplift life trajectories of children and youth from diverse backgrounds by enhancing foundations and removing barriers for successful transitions across key life stages, promoting a children and youth-centric service model, fostering social participation and connectedness, and building a family-friendly community.

OLDER ADULTS

We are committed to building a society where people of all ages can flourish throughout their later years. Our innovative programmes foster meaningful connections between older adults and the wider community, reducing loneliness and facilitating better ageing at home. We empower carers and enhance community support, all aimed at promoting active, engaging, and purposeful lives for older people.

DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONALS

We support professionals to develop their capabilities and bring about sector-wide excellence, innovation and transformation. We cultivate the city's talent pool by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and equipping individuals to thrive as resilient and agile professionals in a rapidly evolving world.

FAIRER OPPORTUNITIES

We are committed to building a more inclusive society by supporting marginalised and underserved segments, ensuring they have fair access to opportunities and social networks, regain well-being and live with dignity. We also foster vibrant and healthier social service ecosystem by empowering small and emerging non-profits to deliver community-driven solutions to respond to diverse community needs.
