The Hong Kong Jockey Club is one of the world’s most prestigious racing clubs – and one of the most welcoming. We greet new members with an unmistakable sense of warmth and inclusion.

It is the role of our Brand, Marketing and Experience team to retain and build on this strategic positioning and execute our brand expression. Here we develop and implement the Club’s strategic marketing plans. We work to articulate and build the HKJC brand, reinforcing our position as a key contributor to Hong Kong society. 

MEMBER EXPERIENCE & RACING MARKETING

Our Member Experience Marketing team defines and delivers our Membership Value Proposition. With a deep understanding of their passions and ambitions, we aim to emotionally engage members at our racecourses and membership clubs, creating belonging and togetherness.

BRAND & DIGITAL MARKETING

The strategic positioning of the Club in Hong Kong and the Mainland is driven by this team. We lead the over-arching customer-centric direction of the Club’s parent brand, its digital marketing channels ecosystem and its content offering. As well as driving broad awareness and engagement of the brand as a key contributor to society, we help future-proof the Club by raising our profile among existing and new Gen Y and Z audiences.
