The Membership and Customer Excellence (MCE) Division is responsible for delivering world-class experiences and deepening engagement across all customer segments. The team oversees operations of clubhouses, racecourses, and Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs), while enhancing member and owner value propositions and promoting interest in horse ownership and equestrian sports. It leads the Club’s customer experience strategy across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency, agility, and excellence. The Division also manages data strategy and governance to build a unified view of customers, enabling more personalised and impactful interactions.

Part-time Membership Assistant II
(Retail Operations)
Part-time Membership Services Assistant
(Hotline)
Job Duties:
• Support the overall daily retail shop operation
• Provide excellent product presentation and customer service and drive excellent shop performance
• Ensure the in-store marketing and Members’ engagement activities run smooth
• Responsible for selling, shop display, visual merchandising, inventory and stock management
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
• Form 6 or above with at least 1 year work experience in Retail or Hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as customer-focused and detailed-oriented
• Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge on Microsoft Office
• Dependable and highly motivated

Working Hours:
Operates 7 days a week. Staff are required to work at approximate 2 days per week.

Working Locations:
Shatin Clubhouse
Job Duties:
• Provide quality Telephone services to our Members
• Handle Raceday table reservations on catering and events for Members
• Provide outbound calls for product selling
• Responsible to work according to the shift duty assigned

Requirements:
• Form 6 or above
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in call centre is an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Positive attitude, pleasant telephone manners, good interpersonal skills, patient and well understanding on customers’ needs
• Proficient in PC skills, including hands-on application of MS office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with typing speeds of 20 wpm (Chinese) and 30 wpm (English)

Working Hours:
The Call Center operates 7 days a week with working hours from 08:30 to 18:00. Staff are required to work at least 2 weekdays plus a weekend duty.
