Part-time Racestand Attendant
(Public Area)
Part-time Administration Assistant
(Mail Room)
Job Duties:
• Cleaning of the betting halls, passageways, plaza, restrooms, and parking areas within the racecourse stands.

Requirements:
Basic ability to read and write Chinese.

Work Locations and Hours:
• Happy Valley Racecourse
(Race days – Wednesday) – 5:15 pm to 11:30 pm
(Non-race days) – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Sha Tin Racecourse
(Race days – Saturday/Sunday) – 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Job Duties:
• Deliver and collect internal and external document
• Handle goods delivery and collection
• Perform packing, labelling and clerical duties
• Provide other administrative supports as instruct by Supervisor

Requirements:
• Completed Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) or equivalent, preferably in field of Property Management or Facilities Management
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in MS applications
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Be able to work 2 days per week (Mon - Fri) 9am – 6pm
