内部控制助理

主要职责

  • Compliance Documentation & Process Support​: Assist the Senior Manager in updating compliance checklists, organizing audit files and internal control records, and supporting the daily filing, classification, and maintenance of documents.
  • 合规文档与流程支持:协助高级经理更新合规自查清单、整理审计档案及内控文件,并参与日常文档的归档、分类与维护工作。
  • Compliance Training & Awareness Support: Help prepare compliance training materials, including content consolidation, PowerPoint creation, Chinese-English translation, and support the coordination and distribution of training sessions.
  • 合规培训与宣传支持:协助筹备合规培训材料,包括内容整理、PPT制作、中英文翻译,并支持培训活动的组织与材料分发。
  • Meeting & Communication Coordination: Attend departmental and cross-functional meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and assist the internal control team in daily communication with business units.
  • 会议与沟通协调:参与部门例会及跨部门协调会议,完成会议纪要撰写与分发,协助内控团队与业务部门的日常沟通。
  • Reporting & Data Support: Assist in preparing internal control and compliance reports, including data compilation, chart creation, preliminary proofreading, and formatting.
  • 报告与数据支持:协助编制内控与合规相关报告,包括数据整理、图表制作、内容初步校对及格式调整。

教育程度

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with all majors welcome. Preference will be given to students majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 本科或硕士在读,专业不限,会计、审计、财务管理、法学、工商管理等相关专业优先。
  • Strong interest in internal control, compliance, and risk management; prior coursework or project experience in these areas is a plus.
  • 对内部控制、合规、风险管理等领域有浓厚兴趣,有相关课程或项目经验者优先。

经历

  • No full-time work experience required. We welcome motivated students with a strong desire to learn, even without prior experience.
  • 无需全职工作经验,欢迎零经验但学习意愿强的优秀在校生。
  • Basic understanding of or interest in the clubhouse, hotel, or service industry operations is a bonus.
  • 对会所、酒店或服务业运营模式有基本了解或兴趣者加分。
