策骑员(矮马)

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Ensure the best horse care is provided to ponies in their care at all times by adhering to instructions from the Supervisor and Manager and the agreed duty list, which may be updated from time to time based on business needs. 确保在任何时候都为负责的矮马提供优质护理，严格遵照主管和经理的指示以及既定工作清单（清单可根据业务需求适时更新）。
2. Ensure the stables and the compound area is kept in the best condition and to the highest hygiene and safety standard as laid down in the Health and Safety Manual. 确保马厩和周边区域保持优质状态，符合《健康与安全手册》规定的卫生与安全标准。
3. Monitor the health and hygienic condition of the ponies in his/her care, carry out simple treatment as directed by the Supervisor and report any abnormalities for remedial action. 监测所负责矮马的健康及卫生状况，按主管指示开展基础护理治疗，发现异常及时上报并配合采取相应措施。
4. Undertake the daily exercise programmes of the ponies as directed by the Supervisor. 遵照主管安排，执行矮马的每日训练计划。
5. Ride in demonstration races and performances for visitors to Congua Racecourse and other locations as required. 按要求在从化马场及其他指定场地，为观众进行演示性赛马与骑乘表演。
6. Ensure personal health and safety by complying with the Club’s policy, instruction and information and minimise the risk of accidents at the workplace. 遵守公司的规章制度、操作指引及相关要求，确保个人健康与安全，降低工作场所的意外风险。
7. Undertake stables-related training and development to upgrade core skills in meeting future business needs. 参与马房相关培训与能力提升，精进核心技能，满足未来业务发展需求。
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. 完成主管交办的其他工作任务。
9. Undertake any other duties as allocated by the Supervisor, Manager or his/her deputies during the normal course of business. 完成主管、经理或其授权人员在日常运营中分配的其他工作。

Qualifications /Experience 任职资格/经验

• Horse riding skills – able to ride horses and ponies at all paces including galloping at speed. Experienced riders with ability on the flat and jumping preferred. 具备专业骑乘技能：能够在各种步伐行进骑乘，包括快速驰骋；具备平地骑乘和障碍跳跃经验的资深骑手优先。
• Equine working experience.  Racing experience not essential. 具备马匹相关工作经验，速度赛马经验非必需。
• A car driving license holder is preferable. 持有机动车驾驶证者优先。
• Basic understanding of English would be advantageous. 具备基础英语能力者优先。
• As the horses ridden in this position are small size pony racing breed with limited capacity, applicants should be under 155cm tall and weigh less than around 50kgs to ensure the horse’ welfare. This requirement is based on the necessity of job performance and applies equally to all applicants, regardless of gender or age.
• 由于此岗位所骑乘马匹为体型小的赛驹承重能力有限。为保障马匹福利，申请者身高应不超过 155厘米，体重低于 50公斤。此项要求基于岗位履职必需，对所有申请者一视同仁，无性别或年龄区分。
