The job holder is responsible for working closely with senior staff to supervise the facilities maintenance function to deliver excellent services according to established standards ensuring that all facilities are structurally sound, mechanically operational, electrically efficient, and safe, business performance objectives and KPIs are achieved and reputation is maintained consistently.

Ensure periodical inspections are conducted to identify problems and take necessary follow-up actions.
Lead a small team to perform skilled facility maintenance and repair work
Ensure on-time delivery that meets established standards and provide around-the-clock responsiveness to mechanical failures or emergency situations.
Monitor work progress, check performance and correct deficiencies as necessary to meet completion timelines while adhering to departmental budgets.
Perform highly skilled maintenance work by inspecting and testing relevant systems to locate and diagnose faults, troubleshooting required repairs, and providing estimates for repair or replacement costs beyond personal capability.
Propose and implement improvements and modifications to existing facilities for better efficiency and compliance with the latest statutory requirements.
Provide technical support in procuring new or replacement mechanical maintenance equipment by reviewing specifications and advising the manager on compatibility, installation requirements, costs, and potential operations and maintenance expenses.
Document maintenance repair costs and services by keeping records of time and materials charged to each job, providing periodic status and analytical reports to the manager.
Implement preventive maintenance to minimize the likelihood of significant disruptions to mechanical services on the property.
Inspect contractor work, providing guidelines to ensure services meet specified standards and advising the manager when contracted services fail to meet specifications or endanger the Club's property or lives.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements by enforcing the Club's policies, departmental SOPs, and laws governing safety, health, environmental protection, sustainability, hazardous waste disposal, and chemical use.
Maintain a positive atmosphere among team members; train members on proper practices to enhance performance levels.
Assist in conducting annual asset condition reviews, preparing annual budgets, capital works programs, and operating budgets for building installations, ensuring expenses are maintained within budget.
Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate emergency maintenance repair works on an ad-hoc basis outside office hours.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

教育程度

Higher Diploma / Diploma in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ Building Surveying / Building Technology/Construction or other related discipline.

资格证书

Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A and Construction Industry Safety Training Certification would be an advantage.

经历

A minimum of 5 years' solid experience in facilities management /property management with at least 3 years solid on-site experience and be conversant with building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technology.
