Assistant Facilities Management Officer

主要职责

  1. Assist the facility management manager in the management of CETS Soft Service 协助设施管理经理负责CETS Soft Service管理工作
  2. FM asset management, office supplies purchase and management, contract management, spare parts procurement application and follow-up, etc. FM资产管理、办公用品购买与管理、合同管理、备件采购申请及跟进等
  3. Departmental work coordination. 部门工作协调
  4. Spare parts warehouse management. 备件仓库的管理
  5. Customer complaint handling and emergency response. 用户投诉处理及应急响应
  6. Follow up customer service requirements. 用户服务需求跟进
  7. Cleaning and Landscape management of non-epidemic prevention areas. 非防疫区域的清洁和景观管理
  8. General solid waste and hazardous waste management. 一般固废物及危废物的管理
  9. Pest control management. 虫控管理
  10. Daily transportation and handling of horse manure. 马粪的日常运输与处理
  11. Laundry Service Management. 洗衣服务管理
  12. Contractor's safety management and construction site follow-up. 承包商的安全管理及施工现场的跟进。
  13. Emergency response to extreme weather and sudden accidents. 对极端天气和突发事故的应急处理。
  14. Coordinating and handle with other work tasks assigned by leaders or dedicated supervisor/manager. 协调和处理领导或其他指定主管/经理交待的其他工作任

经历

  1. Bachelor degree or above in administrative management, property management or other related major. 本科及以上学历,行政管理、物业管理或其它相关专业
  2. Over 5 years of experience in facility soft services or administrative management. 设施软服务或行政管理工作经验5年以上
  3. Works diligently and responsibly, is proactive, has a strong sense of responsibility, and have good communication skills. 工作认真负责、积极上进、责任心强、有良好的沟通协调能力
  4. Have a strong motivation and service sense. 具有较强的服务意识
  5. Familiar with the management and services of customer service, cleaning, greening, hazardous waste, pest control, laundry, etc. 熟悉客服、清洁、绿化、危废、虫控、洗衣等管理与服务
  6. Familiar with contractor management, contract management and daily purchasing follow up. 熟悉承包商管理、合同管理及日常的采购跟进等
  7. Have capacity to handle emergency case and incident management. 具备应急处理能力及事故管理能力
  8. Proficient in using office software to prepare work plans and daily reports. 可熟练使用办公软件编制工作方案、日常报告等
  9. Have team skills. 有带团队技能
