The job holder is responsible for supervising the Housekeeping, Catering Support Services (CSS) or Facilities Services daily operations. They are tasked with organizing and directing the cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance services throughout the Clubhouse or Racecourse, covering front-of-the-house, back-of-the-house areas or assigned facilities by leading teams to provide excellent services and a comfortable and safe environment for staff, members, and the public that meets the Club's standards and statutory requirements. The job holder is accountable for adopting cost-effective practices to manage resources, services and processes, and supervising a team focused on service excellence and meeting business targets.

Lead the team to perform regular cleaning and maintenance functions.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, and that services meet all health and safety-related regulations and the Club's sanitation standards.
Oversee the work of overnight team for deep cleaning in back-of-the-house of Food and Beverage outlets, kitchen area, receiving area and garbage chamber.
Control all equipment and supplies issuance and returns.
Maintain par stock for all cleaning supplies.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition at all times; report any maintenance deficiencies to concerned departments and calling for repairs and maintenance as required.
Implement preventive cleaning programs for the kitchen area, receiving and refuse chamber; keep proper records and files on all maintenance equipment.
Take inventory of all chemicals, supplies, and equipment monthly according to established guidelines.
Lead and record all pest control monthly services and ad-hoc cases; liaise with suppliers on follow-up actions.
Handle the operating equipment requisition requests from restaurants / kitchens.
Maintain effective communication within CSS and with Engineering, Food and Beverage and other departments.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

经历

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Housekeeping, Catering Support Services, or Facilities Services gained in clubs or hotels.
Good knowledge of HACCP.
