The job holder is responsible for supporting the facility operation and provide professional services related to usage of various facilities within the Club. This role will assist in planning and organizing activities or programmes, ensures all facilities are properly maintained at all times and promptly report any issues that may affect operations. They provide quality service to customers, fostering a courteous and welcoming environment, and contribute to the overall safety and satisfaction of all facility users.

Ensure Club's facilities are properly maintained at all times.
Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues affecting operations.
Assist in planning and implementation of various programmes or activities at the facilities.
Provide quality service to customers and ensure a courteous environment.
Handle customers' enquiries and complaints.
Applicable to Raceday Operations, Tracks and Racing Facilities Staff: Prepare jockeys' gear for racedays and ensure tidy up of Jockeys Room
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor

教育程度

Diploma in Recreation, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.

资格证书

经历

A minimum of 1 years relevantwork experience in recreation or facility management.
