Facilities Technician

The job holder is responsible for carrying out repair and maintenance work on the Club's properties, including regular inspections, identifying potential problems, and implements preventive maintenance measures to ensure the properties are in optimal conditions and efficiency of work.

主要职责

Carry out daily repairs and maintenance works assigned in full respect of health and safety procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency of work.
Complete work orders in accordance with the Club's and departmental policies and procedures, as well as aligning with statutory compliance.
Report any discrepancies, unresolved problems, or newly observed engineering issues immediately to superiors.
Obtain all necessary information, documentation, and instructions to ensure a full understanding of the work to be performed efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities, ensuring suitable tools and materials are available.
Monitor and report on the work performed by vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with the Club's requirements.
Understand that additional duties may be assigned by senior staff to meet operational needs, including in-depth repairs and maintenance, and be able to read and understand relevant technical publications.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

教育程度

资格证书

Apprenticeship or certificate in an engineering trade (Mechanic, Electrical, Electronics, Plant Mechanic, Civil Work).
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above).

经历

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
