Safety Officer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Implement and enforce the safety management systems and policies established by the company, ensuring that the operation and management of departmental equipment and personnel comply with national laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain a safe working environment for both personnel and equipment. 贯彻和执行公司制定的安全管理制度和方针，确保部门设备和人员的运行操作管理符合国家法律法规及和公司政策，确保人员和设备处于安全的工作环境。
2. Assist the supervisor in managing all contractor operations within the Facilities Management and establish a contractor safety assessment mechanism. 协助主管管理设施管理部的所有承包商作业，建立承包商安全考核机制。
3. Responsible for departmental work permit approvals, including height work, hot work, excavation work, confined space work, and lifting operations. 负责部门作业许可审批。包含高处作业，动火作业，挖掘作业，受限空间作业，吊装作业等。
4. Assist the execution department in implementing the annual EHS work plan, provide EHS-related training, coordinate departmental emergency drills, and systematically manage safety-related records and documentation. 协助执行部门EHS年工作计划，提供EHS相关培训，协调部门应急演练，系统专业地管理与安全相关的记录及文档。
5. Implement the department's safety training plan and regularly organize safety training for employees and contractors. 执行部门安全培训计划，定期组织对内部员工及承包商的安全培训。
6. Assist the supervisor in conducting risk assessments for FM equipment and personnel workstations, identify and manage safety risks in facility maintenance or construction sites, review high-risk operation plans for the department, and coordinate functional teams to complete safety briefings.
   协助主管对部门设备和人员工位作业的风险评估，对设施运维或施工现场进行安全风险识别与管控，审核部门高风险作业方案并协调各功能组完成现场安全技术交底等工作。
7. Conduct inspections to ensure that operations, maintenance, and personnel activities comply with environmental, safety, and health laws and regulations. Promptly correct any non-compliant operations or behaviors and provide professional safety guidance to employees or contractors. 现场审核，确保运行维护保养及人员作业符合环境安全健康法律法规的要求，及时纠正不合规的作业或行为，并给与班组或承包商专业安全指导。
8. Responsible for conducting EHS and 5S inspections, promptly identifying hazards and correcting violations, as well as reviewing and tracking the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. 负责对设备或施工现场的EHS和5S检查，及时发现隐患并纠正违规行为， 审核并跟踪纠正预防措施的落实情况。
9. Cooperate with the company or department in internal and external EHS audits to ensure the department's EHS management complies with the company's standards and requirements. 配合公司或部门的内外部EHS审查，确保部门的EHS管理符合公司的标准和要求。
10. Join in the department's safety incident investigations, integrate accident investigations and reports, find the root cause, and implement corrective measures. 参与部门的安全事件处理，整合安全事故调查及报告，分析关键原因并推进落实整改措施。
11. Assist department golf carts and lift platforms management, ensuring in good condition and use safely. 协助管理部门高尔夫车及升降平台，确保车辆及升降平台正常运作及人员的安全使用。
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管交办的其他任务。

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 任职资格/经验

1. Bachelor with EHS or related background. EHS或者相关专业的全日制本科毕业。
2. Certified Safety Engineer or Safety Management Personnel Certificate. 注册安全工程师或广东省安全主任证。
3. Minimum of 5 years working experiences EHS management in industrial enterprises，especially with contractor onsite safety management experiences. 至少 5年有关工业企业EHS管理工作经验，有承包商现场安全管理经验尤佳。
4. Familiar with national laws, regulations and standards related to OSH. 熟悉国家有关OSH相关的法律法规和标准。
5. Possessing the knowledge and skills in organizing risk assessment, safety training, hidden hazard inspections, emergency drills and various of safety activities. 具备组织风险识别、安全培训、隐患排查、应急演练及各项安全活动的知识和技能。
6. Possessing the knowledge and skills in incident investigation. 具备事故调查的知识和技能。
7. Familiar with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 熟练操作 MS Word , Excel and PowerPoint。
