主要职责

1. Command a security shift team and supervise the service performance of in-house security personnel.

指挥一队保安值班小队及监督驻场保安人员服务表现。

2. Take charge of the operations of the CRC SFCC during their shift.

在其更份期间掌管从化马场保安及消防控制中心(SFCC)的运作。

3. Monitor the security, biosecurity and fire alarm systems to ensure their normal operations.

监察保安、生物安全及消防警报系统，确保系统运作正常。

4. Report to relevant departments and systems contractors upon the discovery of any malfunction of security, biosecurity and fire safety systems and record the reports and actions being taken.

发现保安、生物安全及消防系统有故障时，向相关部门及维护商报告，并把报告及跟进行动资料记录下来。

5. Respond or deploy security staff to respond to security, biosecurity and fire alarm reports and ensure appropriate actions to be taken.

对保安、生物安全及消防警报进行应变或调派保安人员进行应变及确保执行适当应变行动。

6. Prepare security, biosecurity and fire incident reports.

撰写保安、生物安全及消防事故报告。

7. Monitor the cross-border horse movement operations between Shatin and Conghua Racecourses.

监察沙田马场与从化马场跨境马匹运送行动。

8. Participate in cross-border horse movement operations including pre-departure security inspections and security escort.

参与跨境马匹运送工作，包括出发前保安检查及运马车队押送工作。

9. Remote supervise the operations and performance of CETS SCR and the responses of fire, biosecurity and security incidents happening in the site.

遥距监督CETS SCR的运作及表现和场内发生的消防安全、生物安全和安保事故的应变工作。

10. Participate in the Grandstand race day and non-race day events security operations.

参与在大看台举行的赛事和非赛马场活动安保行动。

11. Supervise the service performance of the contract security guards.

监督外包保安人员服务表现。

12. Perform any other duties as assigned by EM CS, SSM OPS, SSM RS and ASM OPS.

执行中国保安执行经理、高级保安经理（行动）、高级保安经理（赛事支援）和助理保安经理（行动）指派的其他职责。

任职资格 / 经验

1. At least secondary education with a minimum of 3 years practical supervisory experience in discipline services, commercial or equivalent security environment preferably.  Tertiary education level will be an advantage.

最少中学毕业，有三年以上在纪律部队，商业机构，或保安机构的实际经验，需要三年管理经验。大学毕业优先。

2.Previous police or discipline services background will be an advantage;

有警队或纪律部队经验优先。

3. Physically and mentally fit

身体及精神状况良好。

4. Possess strong leadership, good inter-personal and management skills.

具有良好的领导，人际关系及管理技巧。

5. Self-discipline and a self-motivated.

自律及主动。

6. Able to work under pressure with tight work schedule.

能够在压力及时间紧迫下工作。

7. Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese, competent in Putonghua; able to speak Cantonese is an advantage.

中英文书写及口语流利，普通话熟练。能说白话优先。
