賽馬事務處致力全面推動香港世界級賽馬運動，涵蓋所有核心範疇，馬匹進口與專業培訓，到賽馬日活動、馬術發展、馬匹福利、維護賽事公正，以及國際交流。隨著從化馬場及大灣區的發展，我們正把賽馬塑造成體育與社交娛樂兼備的嶄新體驗。

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

工作性質 The Job

• 根據官方賽事排位表，協助準備騎師的賽馬裝備、綵衣、頭帽及號布
• 按需要協助取回及安排試閘及測試用的綵衣
• 按賽事運作需要，於賽馬日為騎師提供支援服務
• 清潔騎師室及其設施，包括洗手間、淋浴間，並保持休息室整潔
• 於賽馬日及試閘後清潔賽馬裝備及用品
• 協助處理沙田馬場與跑馬地馬場的裝備運輸及物流安排
• 協助交收洗衣物，並檢查消耗品庫存水平
• 保持騎師室環境整潔、安全及運作良好
• 執行騎師室主管指派的其他職務

• Assist in preparing racing gears, silks and caps and number clothes for jockeys as per official race card
• Assist in retrieving the racing silks for trials and tests as required
• Provide supportive services to jockeys on racedays as per operation needs
• Clean the Jockeys’ Room and its facilities, including toilets, shower area and keep tidy in lounge area
• Clean the racing gears after raceday and trials
• Assists in gears logistic between Sha Tin Racecourse and Happy Valley Racecourse
• Assist in the laundries handover and check consumables stock level
• Maintain the Jockeys’ Room in clean and safe condition
• Perform other duties as assigned by Jockeys’ Room Supervisor

入職要求 About You

• 中六學歷程度或以上
• 具備良好粵語及基本英語水平
• 具備良好的溝通能力
• 具良好團隊合作精神及高度團隊意識
• 具備清潔經驗及基本的賽馬知識者，可獲優先考慮

• Secondary 6 education level or above
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and basic English
• Good communication skills
• A strong team player with a positive team-oriented attitude
• Candidates with cleaning experience and basic knowledge of horse racing will be given preference

工作地點及時間 Working Location and Hours

• 沙田馬場及跑馬地馬場
• 上午7時至下午5時
• 每週工作6天，每週工作48小時，每天8小時
• 須於星期日及公眾假期及賽馬日輪班當值，工作時間亦會按運作上需要而作出調動

• Sha Tin Racecourse & Happy Valley Racecourse
• Working hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 6 working days per week, totaling 48 working hours per week and 8 working hours per day
• Required to work on a roster basis on Sundays, public holidays, and race days. Working hours may also be adjusted according to operational needs
