有關部門 The Division

物業部致力於為馬會各主要業務部門提供專業的物業資產管理、設計管理、工程管理及設施管理服務。部門秉持以客為本的理念，致力推動高效運作，並重視可持續發展及成本效益，務求支持馬會業務穩健發展。

The Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

職位概要 Job Summary

為馬會物業及處所的供電設備提供維修及保養工作，需要監控及匯報承包商工作質量，確保其工作符合公司之指引。

To provide repair and maintenance services for the electrical supply equipment at Jockey Club properties and premises, including monitoring and reporting on contractor work quality to ensure compliance with the Club’s guidelines.

工作性質 The Job

• 負責馬會物業的 UPS（不間斷電源系統）、發電機、供電系統、掣櫃及消防設備的維修、操作、測試等
• 協助及領導組員處理日常電氣設備的維修保養，和制訂及監管保養策略
• 為馬會物業及處所的屋宇設施提供維修及保養工作
• 執行其他與本會物業有關的任務
• 需輪班工作及於賽馬日當值。遇有緊急事故，需要超時工作

• Responsible for the maintenance, operation, and testing of UPS, generators, power supply systems, switchboards, and fire service systems at Jockey Club properties.
• Assist and lead team members in the daily maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, as well as in formulating and overseeing maintenance strategies.
• Provide repair and maintenance services for building facilities at Jockey Club properties and premises.
• Perform other property‑related duties as assigned by the Club.
• Requires shift work and duty on race days. Overtime may be required in case of emergencies.

入職要求 About You

• 持有電氣/屋宇設備工程之證書/文憑或完成認可之學徒訓練或具同等資歷
• 須為香港政府註冊B級電業工程人員及持有平安咭
• 具備八年以上有關保養UPS(不間斷電源系統)、發電機、供電系統及掣櫃設備之維修操作經驗
• 具備基礎電腦操作知識
• 具備有效輕型貨車駕駛執照可獲優先考慮

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Grade B and holder of a valid Green Card
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the maintenance and operation of UPS, generators, power supply systems, and switchboard equipment
• Basic computer literacy
• Possession of a valid light goods vehicle driving licence will be an advantage
