職責內容 The Job

設施技術組長(冷氣)的主要職能目的是計劃，執行及監察空調製冷設備及系統的運行、修理及保養。以最具效益的方法確保空調製冷系統各項設備的安全及可靠性。並能分析維修記錄及部件磨損情況，制定設備及系統改良建議。在空調製冷系統出現不正常情況時，作出適當的部署及安排，將設備故障引致的破壞減至最低。衡量客戶要求、環境因素和法例要求，作出相關工程設施系統的優化，確保高效益、安全可靠、健康、環保及節能的空調製冷系統。

• 負責沙田馬場之冷氣系統（包括中央冷凝機、通風系統、運水泵、水塔和分體機）及其控制線路之運作、清洗、維修保養、測試及更換
• 協助及領導組員處理日常機電設備的維修保養，和制訂及監管保養策略，亦需參與系統及設備故障調查及處理日常保養文件
• 監控屋宇自動控制系統操作
• 監督及滙報承辦商工作表現及安排工程接管
• 與承辦商協調維修相關工作及確保其工作符合公司之指引
• 執行其他與本會物業有關的任務
• 需穿著制服及賽馬日/夜當值;遇有緊急事故，需要超時工作

To assist engineer and lead a team technician to provide comprehensive technical services on air-conditioning system for the building operation, to handling any emergency situations and to reporting the incident at Shatin Racecourse, guiding technicians to assist external contractor to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning System in Shatin Racecourse, ensure all air-side, water-side, central chiller plant & AC control installations are engineered to optimum technical and safety standards, and efficient in which to operate, provide Raceday meeting duty support to ensure all those facilities are stable and have maximum performance during the race meetings.

• Manage the operation, cleaning, maintenance, testing, and replacement of air-conditioning systems at Sha Tin Racecourse, including central chillers, ventilation systems, water pumps, cooling towers, split-type units, and associated control circuits.
• Lead and support team members in performing routine maintenance of E&M equipment; develop and monitor maintenance strategies; participate in system and equipment fault investigations; and handle maintenance documentation.
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of the Building Automation System (BAS).
• Supervise contractors’ work performance, provide progress reports, and coordinate project handover.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure maintenance work complies with company standards and guidelines.
• Perform other duties related to the Club’s property facilities as assigned.
• Required to wear uniform and work on race days/nights; overtime may be necessary during emergencies.

入職要求 About You

• 持有冷氣／機械／屋宇裝備工程之證書/文憑或同等學歷
• 持有機電工程署發出的電業工程人員A級或以上註冊證明書
• 持有香港駕駛執照及平安咭
• 具備十年或以上中央冷氣系統及其控制線路之操作, 保養和維修經驗（包括抽風系統、運水泵、水塔及分體式冷氣機等）,當中五年須為督導或科文級

• Certificate or Diploma in Air-conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid Grade A or above Electrical Worker Registration Certificate issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of central air-conditioning systems and their control circuits (including ventilation systems, water pumps, cooling towers, and split-type air-conditioning units), with at least 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving License and Green Card.
