Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

有關部門 The Division

賽馬事務處致力全面推動香港世界級賽馬運動，涵蓋所有核心範疇，馬匹進口與專業培訓，到賽馬日活動、馬術發展、馬匹福利、維護賽事公正，以及國際交流。隨著從化馬場及大灣區的發展，我們正把賽馬塑造成體育與社交娛樂兼備的嶄新體驗。

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

課程 Training Programme

為期十二週入職課程及四週實習培訓，包括馬房管理、馬匹料理、工作安全、英語、體能鍛鍊及其他輔助課程。培訓將於沙田馬場舉行。

A 12-week induction training course followed by 4 weeks of practicum. The programme covers stable management, horse care, workplace safety, English language, physical training, and other supporting courses. Training will be conducted at Sha Tin Racecourse.

聘任 Appointment

完成專業培訓課程的學員，若在所有科目均獲評及格，而且品行良好，將獲安排到馬房內發展所長，開拓理想的賽馬事業發展，實現與馬共馳的夢想之路 。

Trainees who successfully complete the professional training programme, pass all subjects, and demonstrate good conduct will be assigned to work in stables to develop their skills. This provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in the horse racing industry and pursue the dream of working closely with horses.

工作地點及時間 Work Location and Hours

• 沙田馬場，工作地點會按運作需要而定
• 每週四十八小時工作，需參與假日賽事運作

• Sha Tin Racecourse (work location may vary depending on operational needs)
• 48 working hours per week; required to work during race days and public holidays

入職要求 Entry Requirement

• 積極、進取、專注及勤奮
• 不畏懼及熱愛馬匹，對賽馬行業有濃厚興趣
• 一年或以上工作經驗  
• 中三或以上程度

• Positive, proactive, focused, and hardworking
• Not afraid of horses, with a strong passion for them and keen interest in the horse racing industry
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Form 3 education or above
