Administrative Officer (Shatin Racecourse)
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to provide the administrative support for Technical Services Team to plan and implement the operation and maintenance of buildings, fixture & fittings, mechanical & electrical plant and equipment in Sha Tin Racecourse.
The Job
You will:
- Manage the administrative support for Technical Services Team of Property Facilities Management in Sha Tin Racecourse
- Monitor and update budget and expense summary, statutory compliance and work order status to ensure the FM services performance are met within the required standards and time frame
- Handle routine correspondence and other general administrative support
- Manage the duty roster plan raceday meetings
- Assist in preparing and implementing all standard procedures and control systems on corporate facilities management
About You
You should have:
- Tertiary Education is preferred
- Experienced in office administrative support and secretarial support
- Good communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong general computer skills in particular MS Excel
- Proficient with MS Office, being familiar with Maximo and Oracle Financials would be a benefit

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
