Assistant Stores Manager

The Job

You will:

• Act as super user for system such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Handle all system related matter, trouble shooting and necessary maintenance with IT and related parties
• Take the lead for system enhancement and development on warehouse related function to better support the physical operations
• End to End cycle on system development from conceptual stage up till go live
• Provide assistance to departmental users on system activities
• Prepare regular reports such as KPIs, shipment tracking etc to support Management to monitor and manage the operations
• Manage and monitor warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, putaway, outbound & cycle-count processes
• Ensure all stores’ activities (stock issues, receipt, return transfer and stock take etc) are correctly carried out
• Inventory management included order planning, replenishment, demand forecast
• Vendor management, supervise, monitor and manage the Logistics Service Providers’ performance
• Manage & coordinate with internal departmental users, Procurement and supplier for all logistics, shipping related matters
• Responsible for reviewing and update SOPs for warehouse operations

About You

You should have:

• High Diploma preferably Degree in supply chain. Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of warehouse, international shipping and logistics experience gained from reputable and sizable companies such as shipping line or freight forwarder
• Soild experience with Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) such as Oracle, Warehouse Management System (WMS) etc
• Well connected with key stakeholders and familiar with logistics operations
• Knowledge on inventory management, order planning, replenishment
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
