Catering Revenue Supervisor
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the job holder is to establish and monitor the cost standard for Food and Beverage functions and support in the internal costing process and structure. He/she needs to support various supply chain projects analytics; to identify and review cost drivers for continuous improvement. In addition, he/she will support Revenue and Costing team for daily operations.
Major Tasks
- Support in improve internal cost control process and cost standards implementation and improvement
- Support in system and workflow improvements through cost review and cost standard establishment.
- Provide support to supply chain analytics which includes demand forecast, order processing, inventory management.
- Assist in identifying and reviewing revenue and cost drivers to find room for continuous improvement on financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and business opportunities to senior on driving gross profit improvement and productivity.
- Support managers to drive the effectiveness and efficiency on food and beverage revenue and cost management for outlets through KPIs and analytical tool.
- Assist in implementing Business Intelligence tools for business analysis.
- Assist in Revenue and Costing team for daily operations
Education
A diploma / bachelor degree in Hotel and Catering Management or equivalent
