Catering Revenue Supervisor

The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The Job

  • Support in improve internal cost control process and cost standards implementation and improvement
  • Support in system and workflow improvements through cost review and cost standard establishment.
  • Provide support to supply chain analytics which includes demand forecast, order processing, inventory management.
  • Assist in identifying and reviewing revenue and cost drivers to find room for continuous improvement on financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights and business opportunities to senior on driving gross profit improvement and productivity.
  • Support managers to drive the effectiveness and efficiency on food and beverage revenue and cost management for outlets through KPIs and analytical tool.
  • Assist in implementing Business Intelligence tools for business analysis.
  • Assist in Revenue and Costing team for daily operations

About You

  • A diploma / bachelor degree in Hotel and Catering Management or equivalent

Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
