Financial Analyst (6 months contract)

The Division

The Finance Division is a key business partner, balancing oversight with support. With uncompromising integrity at its core, the division works proactively and collaboratively to deliver insights, enable solutions, and drive financial stewardship, contributing to the Club’s sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.

The Department

The job holder will be essential in providing financial analysis, planning, and accounting services to key business units within the club's to new customer needs. The job holder is responsible for performing compliance tasks to ensure adherence to internal policies, preparing reports and analyses to support management decisions, and assisting in business planning and budgeting processes. Additionally, the job holder will review financial statements for accuracy, monitor financial performance and variance drivers, collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting, and conduct contract reviews to mitigate risk, all aimed at enhancing the Club's financial health and decision-making processes.

The Job

Perform compliance tasks to ensure adherence to internal policies and controls
Prepare reports and analyses to support management decisions
Assist in business planning and budgeting processes
Review financial statements for accuracy
Monitor financial performance and variance drivers
Collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting
Conduct contract reviews for compliance and risk mitigation
Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.

About You

A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical roles or related positions in a medium to large-sized organization.
Experience in compliance, audit functions, management accounting, or financial analysis is a plus.
