The Division

The Charities and Community (C&C) Division manages strategic planning, grant donations, impactful project initiation, community engagement, and the day-to-day operations of the HKJC Charities Trust. C&C works with the Government, NGOs, and community partners to proactively identify root causes of social issues and address them through innovative approaches and cross-sectoral collaboration.

Major Tasks

• Support the Central Coordination Team of a project and the project partners in the planning, development and implementation of key components.
• Support the planning, development and implementation of the digital platform development and maintenance with vendor and consultant(s), and management with project partners.
• Support and coordinate impact assessment, progress monitoring and reporting with external and internal stakeholders e.g. project partners, evaluation partner, marketing agency etc.
• Support the alignment between the appointed evaluation partner and project partners in the impact assessment, including data collection and cleansing, as and when necessary.
• Manage external agencies and their involvement in the communication and promotion of the Project.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and prepare presentations to communicate findings.
• Support administrative processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the Club’s Finance in budget monitoring and reporting, Strategic Procurement in engaging vendors, and Branding and Public Affairs as well as Charities Community Engagement in project execution and communications.
• Support publicity events and communications efforts.
• Coordinate regular reporting on project progress from partners, to develop reports for different governance bodies and to support administrative work and committees’ secretariat.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management, philanthropy, arts and culture, education, community development, or social impact initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and engaging diverse stakeholders across the education, arts and cultural, nonprofit, government, or public sectors.
• Experience in arts or humanities education, cultural engagement, or youth-focused community projects is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passionate about advancing arts, culture, humanities, and youth development through impactful initiatives and partnerships.
