Customer Service Officer, The Racing Club

The Job

You will:

Provide service at The Racing Club's dining venues, including those located at Happy Valley Racecourse and Sha Tin Racecourse, on both racedays and non-racedays.
Warmly welcome and build friendly relationships with Members and their guests at The Racing Club venues.
Answer The Racing Club hotline and respond to general inquiries from Members about the available services and events.
Process table-booking requests from members, whether received by phone or through online channels.
Maximize seat and table utilization at the venues by developing daily booking and seating plans, and prepare venue utilization reports.
Provide on-site support to ensure the successful execution of internal events.
Reply to written and online inquiries, and assist with other office administration tasks.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

About You

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and on phone
Customer-centricity and attention to details and logistics
Professional manner on handling confidential information
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands-on computer skill in MS Word & Excel
Ability to work on night races, non-office working hours and Public Holidays

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
