The Division
The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement. With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.
The Job
- Perform daily Equine Affairs horse management and movement administrative duties thoroughly in a timely manner, and ensure that the relevant operating procedures and statutory requirements are complied with
- Responsible for horse exportation and backing up of horse importation administrative duties
- Perform daily administration tasks, including property, licensing, permits application, staff and secretary matters, and other related arrangement
- Assist in finance and accounting tasks, including charging, payment, reimbursement and other related veterinary charges update
- Assists in consolidation and maintenance of SOP for departmental stakeholders to ensure they are documented up-to-date and according to the club policy
- Support system implementation UAT
About You
- A Degree in Business Administration, Secretary Management or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years related experience in handling administration or secretary functions at sizeable corporations
- Basic corporate administration and knowledge are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook; Basic knowledge in Access, English and Chinese word-processing
- Experience in secretary management is preferable
- Fluent communication in Cantonese and English
- Strong communication skills to cooperate and negotiate well with different stakeholders
- An proactive mindset, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good problem solving and openness to learn and change
