Event Planning Manager

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for the strategic planning and logistical execution of events and engagement activities to enhance the Club's image and reputation as a leading community benefactor. The job holder involves collaborating with various internal divisions and external stakeholders, such as NGOs and government entities, to implement integrated communication plans and foster community leadership. By driving initiatives that promote engagement and enhance customer experiences.

Major Tasks

  • Plan and execute strategic ideas to enhance the Club's image and profile.
  • Proactively coordinate events and publicity matters with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive publicity and communication efforts.
  • Prepare reports and necessary information related to events and publicity.
  • Identify and build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide on-site support during major events and international races.
  • Maintain good relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
