Expert Work Rider

The Job

• Exercise and ride horses during trackwork.
• Attend barrier trials when required.
• Perform starting gate and race day duties as required.
• Assist in the cleaning of the stable and in feeding horses.
• Perform any tasks in connection with a work rider's duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About You

• Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in riding race horses
• Be able to jump a horse out of the gate and gallop a horse at a running time requested by the Trainer
• Be able to communicate in English
