Facilities Services Supervisor (Shatin Quarters)

Job Summary

The job is in the Property Section and the job holder is supervisor reporting directly to Facilities Officer.

Major work scope includes attend concierge and provides excellent customer services for all residents. Able to manage customer request, enquiries and handling complaint. Implement facilities and customers services initiatives. Assist Facilities Services Officers to supervise and monitor services providers. Ensure the services providers provide services as the contract and service level.

The Job

You will:

• Assist Facilities Services Officer in managing concierge and implementing customer services and reception services initiatives
• Supervise outsource service providers to provide cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping and day to day Facilities Management Services in Quarters. Evaluate their services performance.
• Liaise and assist technical team for repairing work
• Assist to report all incidents and follow-up until close out of the incident
• Carry out site patrol to ensure the facilities readiness, cleanliness and standard are well maintained
• Ensure all planned and scheduled services are being delivered as the services contract and services level agreement
• Check all services reports submitted by services provider

About You

You should have:

• A degree / higher diploma in Facility Management / Property Management or building related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in facility management / property management / hospitality industry
