End User Support Staff

Job Summary

The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting various desktop applications and end user solutions and platforms.

Major Tasks

  • Work with EUS support services vendor to ensure all services are delivered within the SLA.
  • Handle all EUS hardware and software procurement processes.

Education

  • A diploma or above in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management of Information Systems.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or end user support roles.
  • Ability to work closely with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist and educate end users.
