Major Tasks
1员工体验项目 Employee Experience Projects
- 作为员工体验相关项目(包括工作与生活环境体验改善项目)子项目负责人,负责指定模块整体推进。
Serve as sub-project lead for assigned employee experience initiatives, including workplace environment and living experience improvement programs.
- 端到端承担子项目周期管理,包括需求梳理、方案调整、落地实施、执行跟踪及持续优化
Own the full sub-project lifecycle, from requirement clarification and solution adjustment to implementation, execution tracking, and continuous improvement.
- 跨部门协调相关资源,确保项目成果按计划实施,并与整体员工体验目标保持一致。
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables are implemented on schedule and aligned with overall employee experience objectives.
- 基于员工反馈与运营数据评估项目成效,主动提出并推动优化方案。
Assess initiative effectiveness and proactively propose optimization measures based on feedback and operational insights.
2. 员工宿舍及康乐设施管理与监控 Employee Quarters & Recreational Facilities Management
- 负责员工宿舍及康乐设施的政策制定,日常管理监控,确保设施安全、合规及服务质量达标。
Manage and monitor daily operations of employee quarters and recreational facilities to ensure safety, compliance, and service quality.
- 定期开展检查,识别潜在风险与改进点,并协调相关方及时完成维修或纠正措施。
Conduct regular inspections, identify operational risks or improvement opportunities, and coordinate timely maintenance or corrective actions.
- 收集员工对宿舍及康乐设施的意见与建议,并将相关洞察转化为改进行动或项目。
Collect employee feedback related to accommodation and recreational facilities and translate insights into improvement initiatives or sub-projects.
- 将设施相关问题纳入员工体验改进体系,持续跟踪并评估优化成效。
Integrate facility-related issues into employee experience improvement plans and track optimization outcomes.
3. 员工反馈与持续改进 Employee Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- 系统化收集员工在员工体验各触点(包括设施、活动及日常服务)的反馈。
Systematically collect employee feedback across employee experience touchpoints, including facilities, activities, and daily services.
- 开展数据整理与基础分析,为项目评估和决策提供依据。同时,分析反馈趋势,将洞察转化为可执行的改进事项。
Conduct structured data consolidation and basic analysis to support project review and decision-making. And analyze feedback trends and convert insights into actionable improvement items.
- 定期输出运营情况、项目进展及改进成果报告。积极主动推动改进行动落实,确保问题得到有效闭环。
Prepare periodic reports on operational status, project progress, and improvement results. Drive follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of identified issues proactively.
4. 员工活动与敬业度执行 Employee Activities & Engagement Execution
- 独立策划并落地与员工体验目标一致的员工活动。
Independently plan and deliver employee engagement activities aligned with employee experience objectives.
- 作为活动负责人,统筹策划、协调、执行及复盘工作。
Act as activity owner, managing planning, coordination, execution, and post-activity review.
- 基于员工反馈,持续提升活动质量与参与体验。
Use employee feedback to continuously optimize future activities.
5. 日常员工事务既人力资源支持,以及完成上级交办的其他工作 Daily Employee Operations & HR Support, and Complete Other Tasks Assigned by Superiors
Experience
- 全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业优先。 Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Psychology and other related majors is preferred.
- 拥有5年以上人力资源相关工作经验,项目管理,员工关系、员工活动相关实践经验者优先。At least 5 years of relevant project management ,human resources work experience, with practical experience in employee relations and employee activities is preferred.
- 具备扎实的HR知识 Have solid concept of HR knowledge;
- 熟悉Windows系统,微软办公软件操作 Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- 具备良好的英语口头与书面表达能力,能处理日常英语沟通及邮件者 Basic oral and written English expression ability, able to handle daily English communication and emails.
- 具备出色的沟通、协调及人际交往能力,拥有较强的时间管理能力和结果导向的工作态度。Have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, with strong time management capability and a result-oriented work attitude.
- 具备强烈的责任心、良好的逻辑思维能力,工作细致、有耐心;具备良好的学习能力和主动学习意愿。Possess a strong sense of responsibility, good logical thinking, meticulousness and patience; demonstrate good learning ability and a proactive willingness to learn.
