IT Service Management Pre AE

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE 任职资格 / 经验

- Diploma or above in Information Technology or relevant disciplines, Degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines would be a plus.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience managing and delivering IT services including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices. Ability to analyse, document, and standardize IT processes.
- Experience with IT service management platforms and CMDB tools.
- Knowledge of IT asset management processes and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity principles, and Experience in conducting DR drills and readiness exercises.
- Familiarity with IT operational readiness and IT service transition methodology and best practices. 
- Experience in preparing for and supporting internal / external audits
- Continuous improvement mindset for periodic review and optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management, customer service and communication skills.
- Professional certificate(s) holder is preferable such as ITIL.
- Good command of spoken/written English/Cantonese.

- 至少 7–10 年 IT 服务管理与交付工作经验，其中至少 3 年管理岗位经验 
- 了解 IT 服务管理（ITSM）框架与实践，具备分析、梳理及标准化 IT 流程的能力 
- 有 IT 服务管理平台及配置管理数据库（CMDB）工具使用经验 
- 掌握 IT 资产管理流程与生命周期知识 
- 了解灾难恢复规划与业务连续性原则，有开展灾备演练与就绪检查经验 
- 熟悉 IT 运营就绪及 IT 服务迁移方法与实践 
- 有筹备及支持内外部审计的经验 
- 具备持续改进意识，能定期复盘并优化流程 
- 优秀的干系人管理、客户服务与沟通能力 
- 持有 ITIL 等专业证书者优先 
- 良好的英语 / 粤语读写及口语能力
