Logistics Operations - Cross-border Pre AE

Job Summary

The job holders assist in cross-border horse movement, cross-border import/export activities, Hong Kong local transport activities, manpower fulfillment, and resource utilization, departmental organization, and activities in compliance with import and export regulatory requirements.

Major Tasks

Supervise , monitor the daily Cross Border HM 's activities
Assist in the documentation of cross border horse movement pilots and dual plate license application
Support the CRC to obtain the necessary licences and permits in relating to Cross Border horse movement - to ensure all our vehicles , drivers are all obtain proper license
Develop operational staff on daily logistics operations and monitoring system in the aspect of people, process, system, service quality, resources optimization, cost management and related planning
support the cross-border import/export activities timely in compliance with all laws and customs regulations
Ensure all people management and health and safety procedures are adhered to and adopt a proactive approach to ensure a safe productive work environment

Education

A degree preferably in supply chain or related disciplines

Qualifications

HK driving license 1 , 2 is preferable

Experience

Cross border logistic transports and import export experience
Hands on working knowledge of licencing and custom requirements for cross border logistics
