Manager, Grandstand OSH
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for promoting and ensuring GS occupational safety and health (OSH) across various divisions, focusing on GS OSH compliance with legal requirements and enhancing safety culture within the Club. The job holder acts as a subject matter expert, supporting the management in implementing safety policies, monitoring adherence to safety standards, and facilitating the development of departmental safety manuals and procedures. The job holder also involves collaborating with safety committees to establish effective governance frameworks and accountability mechanisms, driving continuous improvement in OSH performance.
Major Tasks
- Lead the development and implementation of the OSH management system at CRC GS to ensure daily operation compliance, which involves in time identification of relevant regulations/GB, incorporation into daily standard operating procedures, and quick response to non-compliance issues or potential risks etc.

Develop the CRC GS OSH annual plan including but not limited to budget, employee training and critical projects according to OSH maturity development needs and monitor its effective implementation. Monitor and report CRC GS OSH performance of BUs in daily operation. Ensure the Club’s OSH strategy, policies, SOPs and internal control measures are well distributed, understood and implemented within CRC GS in accordance with local practices.

Deploy a comprehensive OSH risk management for CRC GS, supporting BU/Segment to identify potential hazards, assess risks, develop appropriate control measures, hierarchical management of risks, and monitor their updates according to business changes. Conduct regular hidden risk inspection, supervise the implementation of OSH risk control measures etc.

Coordinate the GS OSH emergency response work, regularly update the emergency response plan, organize company-level emergency drills, and track the allocation and maintenance of emergency supplies. Support BU/Segments in handling safety incidents, including but not limited to the near misses, incident reports, investigation, analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, i.e., HKJCHQ, GS OSH committee, CRC EHS,local authority, related association/ 3rd parties, community partners etc.
Promote OSH culture via appropriate manners, including organize the sharing by external authorities, experts or consultant, regular internal training or communication of good practice and timely support internal audit and review.
Prepare reports regularly or timely to GS OSH committee regarding OSH and ad-hoc matters.

Establish and maintain GS contractor safety management procedures, and supervise BU/Segment to comply with the specific requirements. Assist BU/Segment to evaluate the contractor's qualification and technical safety scheme, conduct on-site OSH inspection and performance evaluation.
- Lead the GS occupational issues for GS BAU to ensure the people healthy and operation compliance.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education
Bachelor degree or above education background. preferably at MBA and certified safety engineer.
Qualifications
Registration as a safety engineer is preferred, along with relevant post-registered experience.
Experience

Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in EHS management or consultant role in MNCs or large-scale firm with demonstrable achievements.
- Experience in a managerial capacity for at least 3 years.

Strong adaptability to different cooperate culture and practices.
