Safety and Health Management Staff

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責

  • Assist in implementing daily OSH management work, to ensure the smooth progress of all tasks.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing work related to OSH management system, including establishment, update, introduction and implementation of documents, to ensure the effective operation of the system. 
  • Assist in organizing OSH risk identification and evaluation,maintain and update regularly, identify opportunities to mitigate risks, and promote continuous improvement. 
  • Assist in organizing the annual OSH emergency plan drill to enhance the company’s rapid response capabilities in dealing with sudden OSH events 
  • Provide guidance and support for the OSH management in various BUs, including incident investigation. 
  • Support government inspections and corporate audits/reviews, assist in conducting OHS COR sweeping and OSH hazards inspections, analysis the causes of non-compliance and follow up the corrective actions, to ensure the company always complies with OSH regulations, policies and procedures. 
  • Assist in organizing OSH meetings, be responsible for preparing for meeting minutes,and ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery. 
  • Assist in regularly organizing trainings per the OSH annual training plan, be responsible for developing and conducting OSH activities and workshops, be responsible for the production and display of OSH-related logos, brochures, posters, and publicity materials, to enhance employees' safety awareness and ownership and cultivate a positive environment that encourages the full engagement of every employee. 
  • Be responsible for the company-level OSH training for new staff, establishing employees’ OSH training achieves and organizing external training for GM and OSH management personnel to ensure the compliance with OSH regulatory requirements. 
  • Organize occupational health examination and establish employees' occupational health guardianship archives personnel to ensure the compliance with OSH regulatory requirements. 
  • Organize the annual monitoring of occupational disease hazard factors, arrange the public announcement of the monitoring data, and conduct the annual declaration of occupational hazard factors to ensure the compliance with OSH regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for contractor agreements review and related achieves management to ensure the compliance with the requirements of company’s procedure.
  • Arrange the periodic inspection of aid equipment and replenish the medications to ensure the aid supplies are available at all times. 
  • Be responsible for the registration management of external governmental documents and internal communication of those documents, and ensure the timeliness of the document communication. 
  • Be responsible for the collection and consolidation of internal OSH data, and ensure the accuracy of data and the timelines of delivery. 
  • Be responsible for following up on the procurement and receipt process of EHS-related projects to ensure the compliance with company’s procurement policy. 
  • Conscientiously and actively complete the work tasks assigned by Supervisors. 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 任職資格/經驗

  • Bachelor with EHS or related background
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience EHS management in industrial enterprises
  • Familiar with national laws, regulations and standards related to OSH
  • Proficient in,establishing and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001)
  • Possessing the knowledge and skills in organizing risk assessment, safety training, hidden hazard inspections, emergency drills and various of safety activities.
  • Possessing the knowledge and skills in incident investigation
  • Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Certified Safety Engineer is preferred
  • Hold Safety Management Personnel Certificate
  • Be self-motivated and have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and with analytical mind
  • Have a good command of both written and spoken English, with proficiency in writing English reports and basic oral English skills.
