Stable Operations Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Participate in a structured programme to learn various aspects of the department's operations and management. 系统学习马房部运营与管理的各模块培训项目。

2. Rotate to different Stables Management teams (Operations, Admin, Workforce and Safety) to gain cross-functional experience. 在马房管理不同的团队里轮岗实践‌，获取多职能领域经验。

3. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and projects. 协助马房部日常运营以及项目执行

4. Contribute ideas and solutions to improve efficiency and processes. 提出创新方案，优化部门工作流程与效率

5. Develop leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 培养核心能力：领导力/决策力/问题解决能力

6. Attend morning track work, cross border horse movement and other racing activities. 轮值参加马匹晨操及其他赛马相关职责。

7. Undertake other duties assigned by EMS (CRC). 执行其他由从化马场马房行政经理指派的工作。

8. Determine final development direction based on operation needs. 项目最后会根据业务需求确定最后发展方向

Job Requirements 任职要求:

1. University degree or above; 具备大学学历；

2. Less than three years of working experience; 少于三年的工作经验；

3. Equine related experience and knowledge is preferred; 拥有马匹相关工作经验和知识者优先考虑；

4. Certain knowledge in safety field is preferred; 具备一定的安全行业知识者优先考虑；

5. Good communication and negotiation skills; 具备良好的沟通、谈判能力；

6. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, to work long and unsociable hours/shifts; 能在压力下按时完成工作，能适应长时间及轮班工作；

7. High integrity, trustworthy, responsible, accountable team player with can-do spirit, positive thinking; 具备高度诚信、较强的责任感、团队精神，不怕困难，正面思考；

8. Proficiency in MS Office (English & Chinese); 熟练使用微软办公软件（中英文版本）；

9. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, fluency in Cantonese is an advantage. 具备良好的中英文听说读写能力，粤语流利者优先考虑。
