Store Manager, Mainland Retail Operation

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for customers purchasing merchandise from retail shop. The job holder also ensures accurate and timely delivery of merchandise.

Major Tasks

  • Ensure operations standards at shops including procedures, customer service, brand standards
  • Support the growth of merchandising team expansion inside / outside the racecourse
  • Monitor stock inventory and ensure effective transferring merchandise between points of sales on a timely manner
  • Support on proposing promotion, pricing in order to maximize operations efficiency, work close with marketing team on write-off and promotion plans to well-utilize the write-off stocks or bundled/ themed campaign to boost the sales.
  • Compile weekly sales and operation reports
  • Support internal sales with different departments and provide timely customer service
  • Lead a sales team to manage overall daily operations
  • Deliver coaching and training for frontline team to maintain a high standard of store environment and provide excellent customer services
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints in a highly professional manner
  • Drive planning, visual merchandising and inventory and stock management
  • Maintain the highest standard of environment as well as positive shopping experience for customers
  • Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club's business
  • Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Education

A bachelor degree in retail operations or related disciplines.

Qualifications

Experience

A minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in retail operations / shops management; working experience in luxurious brand is preferred.
