Storekeeping Staff
Job Summary
The job holder is to ensure the efficient and effective management of daily operations across various departments, with a focus on maintaining high standards in inventory management, logistics, and support functions. Key responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, managing inventory levels, issuing supplies, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The job holder also involves conducting regular stock checks, coordinating reorders to prevent shortages, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Major Tasks
- Operate in-house storage and manage daily activities related to stock deliveries, returns, and transfers.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of inventory records in the system.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment for shops.
- Conduct regular stock takes and update inventory records accordingly.
- Liaise with sales associates regarding daily store operations and customization services.
- Follow up on Purchase Order deliveries and assist in tracking suppliers when deliveries are delayed.
- Maintain storage areas in clean and tidy conditions.
- Handle e-shop logistics, including stock delivery and returns.
- Ensure compliance with the Responsible Gambling Policy and all legal requirements related to wagering to protect the integrity of the Club's businesses.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by line managers and perform ad-hoc duties on major racedays.
Education
HKDSE/HKCEE or above
Qualifications
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in Windows and MS applications.
