KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要職責

• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's environmental protection and energy management system, and promote all business departments of CRC to comply with the relevant laws and regulations on environmental protection and energy. And regularly identify and update to ensure compliance.Be responsible for organizing the convening of the Environmental and Energy Management Committee, reporting on the environmental and energy performance of the CRC, the compliance operation status of the enterprise, etc.
• Develop an annual inspection to promptly identify and correct non-compliance findings during CRC operation. Regularly conduct environmental performance evaluations of suppliers related to environmental business to ensure that such suppliers to comply with environmental laws and regulations as well as CRC's supplier environmental management requirements.
  Develop an annual EIA sampling plan. Hire qualified sampling vendor to carry out monthly, quarterly, and yearly EIA sampling in accordance with the annual plan. Timely analyse the root cause of non-conformities in the sampling report, and supervise rectification.
• Cooperate with relevant BU to improve the data entry and declaration on the management platforms of all levels of government (such as the ledger management of solid waste, energy data filling and energy audit, etc.), to ensure that the operation complies with the requirements of laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant BUs to develop an annual training plan. Work out training materials and conduct the trainings to improve their environmental protection and energy-saving knowledge and skills.
• Responsible for implementing CRC environmental risk identification, ensure the emergency supplies readiness, and ultimately work out emergency program for sudden environmental accidents with medium and high risks. Review, revise and register the program at the local EPB. According to the registered environmental emergency program, set up different scenarios and conduct annual drills.
• Assist in advancing the implementation of green events and carbon neutrality certification, and ensure the smooth completion of certification application, annual review and re-certification audit.
• Responsible for regularly identifying relevant government policies related to sustainability (energy saving and emission reduction, greenhouse gas emissions, carbon peaking/carbon neutrality, etc.). Deploy the CRC's sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct internal maturity and compliance management reviews within the CRC, support corporate reviews and government inspections, and track the rectification of problem points. Assist in handling related incidents and complaints, and formulate corrective and preventive measures.
• Other temporary tasks assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 任職資格/經驗

• Bachelor degree or above, with priority given to majors related to environmental science, environmental engineering, carbon emission management, energy management, etc;
• At least 8 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability.
• Strong adaptability to different cooperate culture and practices.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Be familiar with laws and regulations related to environmental protection and sustainable development, including but not limited to the Environmental Protection Law, the Waste Management Law, clean energy policies, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO20121 and SBTi standards, etc.
• Have a profound understanding and corresponding experience in fields such as energy conservation and emission reduction, water resource management, waste recycling, and green supply chain management. Familiarity with ESG standards is preferred.
• Have relevant experience in establishing and promoting environmental protection and energy management systems, and possess strong data analysis capabilities.
• Certificate of Environment engineer
• Better with Certificate of energy management
• Fluent in English & Chinese, good English reading and writing ability, preferably.
• Read and understand relevant English regulations and international standards would be advantageous. Cantonese also would be advantageous.
