Supervisor, Mainland Retail Operation

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for supporting daily merchandising activities.

Major Tasks

• Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and improve efficiency.
• Assist with the POS system for inventory and promotions.
• Collaborate with the design team on visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club's business.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Higher Diploma or above in business, retail operations or related disciplines.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in retail operations / shops management.
