Job Summary

本岗位直接向 EMTRPF (CRC) 汇报，协助团队统筹各类赛马赛事及晨操时段的医疗相关工作;协调各方医疗力量、维系当地医疗单位关系，高效处置突发医疗应急事件;严格落实医疗保障规范及安全运营要求，防范医疗及运营安全风险，确保赛事、晨操及各类相关活动有序、安全、合规开展。The job holder reports directly to the EMTRPF(CRC). He/she Assist the team in coordinating all types of horse racing events and medical-related work during morning track works, coordinate various medical forces, maintain relationships with Conghua local medical institutions, efficiently handle emergency medical incidents, strictly implement medical security standards and safe operation requirements, prevent medical and operational safety risks, and ensure the orderly, safe and compliant conduct of events, morning track works and all other related activities.

本岗位需灵活排班，参与晨操、试闸及所有赛事活动。The job holder is responsible for participating morning track works, barrier trials and all racing events & activities with a flexible working schedule.

Major Tasks

1. 赛事日医疗协调与保障：协助团队全程参与常规赛马赛事、团体赛等各类赛事日的医疗健康保障工作，协调赛事现场医疗应急处置、医疗资源调配，保障赛事期间人员的医疗安全，防范赛事医疗风险，确保赛事医疗保障流程顺畅。Medical Coordination and Support on Race Days: Assist the team in fully participating in the medical and health support work for all types of regular horse racing events, team racing and other race days, coordinate on-site emergency medical treatment and medical resource allocation during the races, ensure the medical safety of personnel during the races, prevent medical risks in races, and ensure the smooth flow of the medical support process for races.
2. 赛事日医疗应急与分流护送：赛事日期间，若出现伤病人员，快速判断伤病情况，统筹协调医疗资源，制定合理的病人分流方案；必要时亲自护送伤者前往医院，全程跟进救治衔接事宜，做好伤病人员信息记录及后续反馈工作。Emergency Medical Response, Triage and Escort on Race Days: On race days, if there are injured or ill personnel, quickly assess the condition of the injured or ill, coordinate medical resources in an overall manner, and formulate a reasonable patient triage plan; personally escort the injured to the hospital when necessary, follow up on the entire treatment connection process, and complete the recording of the injured personnel's information and subsequent feedback work.
3. 非赛马日晨操医疗协调：非赛马日期间，驻守晨操现场(练马师亭)，代表EMTRPF(CRC)负责晨操时段的医疗事务沟通与协调，对接晨操相关人员、驻场医疗团队，及时响应并处理晨操过程中出现的各类医疗相关问题，做好晨操医疗工作记录、信息反馈。Medical Coordination for Morning Track Works on Non-Race Days: On non-race days, be stationed at the morning track works site(Trainers Pavilion), act on behalf of EMTRPF (CRC) to be responsible for the communication and coordination of medical affairs during the morning track works period, connect with relevant morning track works personnel and on-site medical teams, promptly respond to and handle various medical-related issues arising during morning track work, and complete the recording and information feedback of morning track works medical work.
4.  外部医疗单位对接统筹：代表EMTRPF(CRC)维系与从化当地有关医疗单位的合作关系，建立常态化沟通机制，定期对接、维护合作情谊，协调医疗资源支持，确保马场各类医疗需求能得到及时响应与保障。Overall Coordination of External Medical Institution Contact: Act on behalf of EMTRPF (CRC) to maintain cooperative relationships with relevant local medical institutions in Conghua, establish a regular communication mechanism, conduct regular contacts and maintain cooperative friendship, coordinate medical resource support, and ensure that all medical needs of the racecourse can be responded to and guaranteed in a timely manner.
5. 医疗相关日常事务处理：协助上级（EMTRPF (CRC)）开展医疗相关日常管理工作，参与医疗工作会议并做好会议纪要，跟进各项医疗协调工作落实情况，确保有关工作有序推进。Handling of Daily Medical-Related Affairs: Assist the (EMTRPF (CRC)) in carrying out daily medical-related management work, participate in medical work meetings and take meeting minutes, follow up on the implementation of various medical coordination work, and ensure the orderly progress of relevant work.
6. 服从排班及值班安排（周五、周六、周日必须值班）， 适应晨操、试闸和赛事活动保障需求，可在非标准工作时段及恶劣天气下正常履职。Comply with rosters and duty arrangements (required to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Adapt to requirements for morning track works, barrier trials and race event support, and perform  duties effectively during unsociable hours and adverse weather conditions.
7. 参与在职培训，获取必要资格（如人员管理技能等）。Participate the on-job trainings to obtain necessary qualifications such as people management skills.
8.  完成 EMTRPF (CRC) 安排的其他医疗健康及安全相关工作。Any other medical, health and safety duties assigned by EMTRPF (CRC).

Education

Qualifications

• 必须具备大学本科及以上学历，专业为医学、护理、公共卫生或相关专业，具备扎实的医疗专业知识 A bachelor's degree or above is required, with a major in medicine, nursing,   public health or related fields, and solid professional medical knowledge.
• 熟练掌握急救、CPR、AED 使用、创伤处置及应急流程等专业知识与实操技能Proficiently master professional knowledge and practical skills such as first aid, CPR, AED use, trauma management and emergency procedures.
• 熟练使用各类常用办公软件，持有相关专业证书者优先。Familiar with common office software applications. Candidates with relevant professional certificates will be given priority.
• 英语口语及书面表达流利。 Good spoken and written English.
• 执业证书：护士执业证、医师资格证或同等有效证书  Practicing certificate: Nurse Practitioner Certificate, Physician Certificate or  Equivalent.
• 必备：急救 / CPR等证书 Required: First aid/CPR and other related certificates.
• 具备CET六级或同等英语水平 CET-6 certificate or equivalent.

Experience

• 于合资格医疗机构工作8年及以上、其中至少3年以上急症室工作等相关经验；熟悉医疗应急处置流程、医疗资源协调方法；有体育赛事医疗协调相关医疗工作经验者优先，能快速应对赛事及晨操过程中的突发医疗协调相关问题。Possess at least 8 years of working experience in medical institute or hospital and no less than 3 years in emergency department; be familiar with medical emergency response processes and medical resource coordination methods; those with experience in medical coordination for sports events are preferred, and be able to quickly respond to sudden medical coordination - related issues during races and morning track works

• 可接受凌晨 4:00 上班、周五至周日值班的工作模式，能适应户外作业、轮班、高强度工作及恶劣天气环境。  Able to accept a 4:00a.m. start and work roster covering Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Comfortable working outdoors, on rotating shifts, under high intensity and in harsh weather conditions.
