Trainee Staff
Job Summary
The job holder wil have a dynamic experience and learning exposure to understand the overall business operations in different functions through related a 2-year rotation arrangement in the division. Job holder will be provided with career planning advices and rotation exposures based on personal aspirations, strengths, development focuses and exciting business opportunities. The job holder will acquire hands-on experience of the business, processes, business objectives and projects, etc.
Major Tasks
- Develops domain knowledge, business acumen and job related skills through rotation in different functions
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on projects, business initiatives, and challenges to establish a professional network
- Understands the business, work culture and strategic objectives of the Club and the division
- Develops a broad range of transferrable skills, including problem solving, communication, interpersonal, project management, and leadership abilities
- Stimulates career interests through on-the-job experience and ongoing guidance from experienced mentors
- Ensures compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy and all stipulated legal requirements, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club's businesses
- Undertakes other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Education
Fresh or recent Bachelor graduate
Qualifications
Less than 3 years of working experience, preferably with business, data science, statistics or marketing/ communications
