Job Summary

The Hospitality Graduate Trainee Programme designed to develop “metropolitan‑minded” professionals who can deliver world‑class hospitality experiences. As a Graduate Trainee, you will master frontline operations across our Clubhouses and Racecourses, providing seamless and personalised hospitality service for HKJC Members and international guests.

 

The Job

During our accelerated 1.5-year programme, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the Clubhouses or Racecourses Hospitality Operations
  • Rotate across various outlets within Membership Operations, including Membership Operations Support and Efficiency (MOS&E), Membership Facilities Management (MFM) and Membership Strategy (MS).
  • Receive hands‑on training and practical exposure in different areas of hospitality within Membership Operations.
  • Deliver attentive and professional service while managing catering operations and supporting daily Clubhouse and Racecourse operations.
  • Prepare for supervisory or managerial roles within the Club’s Membership Operations division.

 

About You

  • Fresh graduate with degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management or related fields.
  • Less than 2 years of cumulative full-time working experience in the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about service, people and creating premium experiences in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a premium or luxury hospitality setting is an advantage.
