Founded in 1884, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (“the Club”) is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. The Club has a unique integrated business model, comprising racing and racecourse entertainment, a membership club, responsible sports wagering and lottery, and charities and community contribution. Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.

The Division

The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement.  With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a unique ultimate customer journey, leveraging all the touch points the Club can offer. He/she plays a critical role in building this connection with existing and potential owners. He/she will be involved in cross-divisional team planning and the implementation of strategy which focus on acquisition, retention and reactivation of owners in the long run with the defined customer journey.

The Job

• Assist in developing customer experience strategy and create a total ownership journey
• Accountable for data analytics to facilitate insights for new concept development
• Review KPI in regular basis via various perspectives, summarize the key findings as insights for managers’ decision-making
• Work closely with
  
  • Cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignments and implementation of business plans across teams
  • Engagement team for regular review of the programs/ plans and execution, and ensure insights and learnings are generated
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops & presentations related to business planning activities
• To initiate and execute new ideas to help acquisition, retention, and reactivation
• Assist the design and implementation of the acquisition, retention, and reactivation programs
• Manage internal processes and budget
• Support any ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Statistics, Computing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines with at 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience. 
• Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, high-end luxury industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications (Power Bi, Tableau), MS Excel Macro, Pivot Table, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Copilot;
• Knowledge of web applications, cloud platforms, AI technologies or data analytics solutions would be an advantage.
