Administration Assistant (part-time assistant creative digital designer)
Digital Experience and Innovation Department role is to build, cultivate and expand the digital ecosystem. This involves acquiring and engaging customers, particularly focusing on acquisition and activation, wagering interest cultivation, fostering loyalty, and mitigating customer churn through the digital touch points and platforms.
Major Tasks
- Assist in the development of user interface designs for various digital products, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our branding standards.
- Conduct research on design trends, user experience best practices, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions.
- Create and edit graphic elements, including banners, icons, and other visual assets for use in digital advertising campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and design digital promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
- Help to maintain a library of design assets and templates for future use.
- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure that all designs meet quality and brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and tools to continually improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills, particularly in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Figma. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch
- Basic understanding of animation, HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
