Administration Assistant

Job Summary

The job holder shall be responsible for providing administrative support for the Customer Research and Insights Team. This includes supporting the team in analysing the data collected from different surveys, as well as consolidating and analysing customers’ detailed feedback collected from various channels. The job holder will also be required to provide other support to the team including setting up various mini-surveys and other administrative works.

Major Tasks

  • Support Customer Research and Insights team in analysing data collected from different surveys
  • Consolidate, clean, translate and analyse customers’ detailed feedback collected from various channels, including but not limited to survey data and HKJC app feedback
  • Develop and apply robust coding frameworks to categorise customer feedback
  • Support in the visual presentation of survey results on PowerPoint slides
  • Assist in setting up various mini-surveys using the designated survey platform

Education

  • Tertiary education or higher diploma

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel (knowledge in Excel formulae and Pivot Tables) & MS PowerPoint

Experience

  • Experience in an adminstrative or data analysis-related role is a plus
