Assistant Charities Manager (AI Education TIP)

The Job

• To implement TIP “Artificial Intelligence Education Programme for Students” under “Talent and Sector Development” Programme Area, including project development, implementation and improvement, talent and community building, and impact measurement to achieve objectives, outcomes and impact.
• To manage and support year-long activities and events, engage and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and programme partners to ensure project impact is well-communicated and achieved
• To coordinate publicity and promotional activities for the TIP to build awareness, impact and enhance Trust’s image.
• To provide administrative support in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the Club’s Finance in budget monitoring and reporting, Procurement in engaging vendors, and Branding and Public Affairs in programme execution and communications.
• To support the implementation of project governance and monitoring to ensure effective project execution, including preparing progress reports and providing secretarial support for any committees and working groups of the Programme.

About You

• A Bachelor's Degree or above and at least 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in education sector
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, preferably with direct experiences in education sector
• Analytical thinker with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively for teamwork
• Passion in charities works and community services
• Excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese), and project development and management skills

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
