Assistant Digital Experience and Innovation Manager (Project Management)

The job holder is responsible for overseeing and supporting the development and delivery of projects related to the Club’s digital ecosystem to ensure alignment with Club's through effective project management and business analysis. Key functions include business requirement gathering and analysis, stakeholder relationship management, resources and budget management, risk management and troubleshooting, and quality management.

Job Description

A Digital Experience and Innovation (DEI) Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. Their responsibilities involve stakeholder management, business requirement gathering and analysis, defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, creating project plans, and allocating resources. They coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, stakeholders in various Business Units and vendors, to ensure effective communication, task delegation, and timeline management. Project Managers monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. They also manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on project status to stakeholders. Their function is to ensure the seamless implementation of projects, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and delivering solutions that meet requirements, deadlines, and quality standards

The Job

 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Unit’s stakeholders and internal clients to manage expectations and drive deliverables.
  • Drive discussions with Business Unit’s stakeholders to clearly understand the project objectives, stakeholders’ needs and business requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and work with DEI designers and IT to propose and develop effective solutions, lead channel operation process design, business requirement and project documentation
  • Collaborate with IT on development, enhancements and implementations of the Club’s digital ecosystem.
  • Define project scope, create task-based schedules, create action plan with clear next steps and follow-up actions on projects, and manage resources for timely project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with internal teams and external parties, including vendors and agencies.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables through thorough testing and compliance with established standards and requirements.
  • Contribute to UAT by consolidating results for reporting and analysis.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, providing solutions to mitigate potential issues and ensure project success.

About You

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences and facilitate group discussions.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making across various aspects of digital projects, including UI/UX design, technical issues, and task prioritization.
  • Solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles and digital design trends.
  • Passion for digital marketing and technology, with the ability to propose innovative ideas and feasible recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of solid experience in digital project management, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and execution in a matrixed and sizable organization.
  • Hands-on experience with project management software, web analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Practical knowledge of working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with project management software such as JIRA and ClickUp
