Assistant Merchandiser

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for leading product development and representing customer-facing product designs. The job holder requires contributing to product strategy and roadmap, guiding the team in product development, and delivering results. Responsibilities also include negotiating agreements, managing work plans and tracking progress.

The Job

- Follow up orders and arrange delivery and ensure on time delivery and meet quality standards
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team in tasks
- Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels
- Monitor marketing sales performance and providing sales analysis report
- Carry out the duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Membership Retail Experience

About You

- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Have prior retail experience and merchandising skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Outgoing and pro-active personality as well as customer-focused and detailed-oriented
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word

Terms of employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
