Assistant Public Affairs Manager (Video and Content Production)

Job Summary

The job holder is part of the Content Development team, responsible for managing and publishing content across various platforms to support the Club's communication and marketing objectives. The job holder will oversee content updates, planning, and publishing, ensuring that all materials meet established standards and align with organizational goals. The job holder is also involved in incident management related to content delivery and the enhancement of workflows to improve operational efficiency.

You will

  • Perform Editor IC role during day-to-day website operations to safeguard web content and publishing workflow for the Club's official website, prioritizing tasks from request to production approval.
  • Manage web incidents, including reporting, mitigation, and customer communication, aiming to minimize customer impact and ensure timely resolution.
  • Publish content and information on the Club's website accurately and on time, identifying potential reputation risk issues while coordinating with various marketing, business, and communication teams.
  • Generate regular performance analysis reports, review content selection, and continuously improve customer engagement and activeness on digital platforms.
  • Provide communications support to internal business units, vet marketing programs, and manage media inquiries to align with the Club's Policy.
  • Assist in developing and managing the Club's social media strategy, including content creation, campaign organization, and compliance checks on social media profiles.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by Manager.

About You

You should have

  • Bachelor degree in communications / public relations / journalism / media studies / business studies of related discipline and relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years' working experience in social media realm and marketing
  • Working experience in large corporations is preferred
  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Experience and knowledge in managing and developing content for corporate social media accounts
  • A portfolio should be attached with CV in the application
