The Division
The Racing Division is committed to managing all aspects of Hong Kong’s world-class sport of horse racing, covering the full value chain — from importation and training to racedays, equestrian, welfare, integrity, and international engagement. With Conghua Racecourse and Greater Bay Area expansion, we’re shaping racing into a dynamic sporting, social, and entertainment experience.
The Job
- Responsible for the Syndicate formation and eligibility checking
- Responsible for annual registration of Syndicates
- Responsible for checking the eligibility of replacement permit applications
- Prepare approval letters for replacement permit applications and Export of Retired Horses applications
- Handle permit extension and permit swap requests and prepare confirmation letters
- Prepare reminders for soon-to-be-expired permits
- Follow-up with Owners on their expired permits and issue permit cancellation letters
- Assist with the generation and distribution of the Official Programme
- Prepare Ballot application form and documents
- Prepare Owners Handbook and relevant contents
- Perform race day and declarations duties
About You
- A University degree
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in office administration
- Capability to work in non-office hours
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Access, OPPS, Chinese input
